I am a Los Angeles native and a proud product of LAUSD. This community shaped me, and it is the community I have dedicated my career to serving.
For more than a decade, I have stood beside people at the most difficult moments of their lives. As a criminal defense attorney at one of the largest law firms in the United States, I have completed dozens of trials, including three life cases, appeared in more than 1,000 adult matters, and represented hundreds of juveniles. Every case has reinforced my belief that justice requires preparation, fairness, and respect for the rule of law.
I am currently the Deputy in Charge of the Public Defender’s Office Inglewood branch. I supervise attorneys at varying stages of their careers and help train new lawyers in courtroom advocacy and ethical practice. Through that leadership, I have developed a reputation for sound judgment, thoughtful decision-making, and steady courtroom management.
A judge must be impartial, patient, and prepared. My experience trying serious cases, advising clients of their constitutional rights, and mentoring attorneys has equipped me to evaluate evidence carefully, apply the law faithfully, and treat every person in the courtroom with dignity.
I am running to serve Los Angeles with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to equal justice for
all.
